Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
Custom products such as special orders or personalized items cannot be returned.
If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the one you have and make a separate purchase for the new item once the return is accepted.
14-Day Withdrawal Period for the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if your item is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As mentioned above, your item must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund request has been approved. If approved, a refund will be issued within 10 business days to your original payment method.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
